Terms of Service

Please read the terms carefully. These terms of services (“the Agreement”) together with the quotation or estimate that you accepted set forth the legally binding agreement between you and The Clean Queens (“The Clean Queens YEG”). You acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by the Agreement and to comply with all applicable laws about the products and services you purchase from The Clean Queens (the “Services”).

By either scheduling a one‐time or recurring service with The Clean Queens, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the party you represent to the Agreement, under the following terms and conditions:

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

  • If you're not completely thrilled with the quality of our cleaning service in any area we've tackled, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of your service completion! We'll happily return to re-clean it at no extra cost to you. Just remember, our amazing cleaners need to be allowed back into your home within two business days. We're here to ensure you're absolutely satisfied! The Clean Queens do not offer discounts or refunds for services rendered.


PARKING & ENTRY

  • We’re excited to make your cleaning experience seamless! Most clients love to provide their crew with a key or code to their home, and we take precautions to ensure that this information stays private and is only accessible to your trusted cleaners. To make things even easier, convenient parking is a big plus for your crew as they bring in all the necessary supplies. Please let us know where your cleaners can park upon arrival! Just a quick note: if the cleaners can’t access your home when they arrive, the service for that day will be cancelled, and a deposit may be needed to reschedule. Also, please remember that cleaners aren’t responsible for any charges from local emergency services if an alarm is triggered and we can’t turn it off. 


CLEANING TASKS

  • Clients receive an exclusive link to a detailed checklist of all the fantastic cleaning tasks our dedicated cleaners will tackle at your place. The cleaning price is based on this list, along with any extra requests we chat about during the estimate. To keep things smooth, please avoid leaving notes or extra instructions for our cleaners. If you’d like to add more services to your cleaning, just reach out to us, and we’ll happily discuss your needs and pricing for your next scheduled clean!


ARRIVAL TIMES

  • We want to let you know that our clean team strives to arrive within the time frame we quoted! While we do our best to stick to that schedule, please keep in mind that arrival times are approximate and can be influenced by factors like weather, road conditions, traffic, and any delays from previous clients.


CLEANING SUPPLIES

  • Get ready for a sparkling clean home! Our amazing cleaners come fully equipped with all the tools and products needed to make your space shine. If you’d like to use your own cleaning supplies, just a heads up – we can’t take responsibility for any refills or damage that might occur with those products.


PETS IN THE HOME

  • Our experienced, pet-friendly experts love working in your space while your furry friends are around. Just a quick heads-up: we can't take responsibility for any adventurous pets that might escape when our cleaners are coming in or out. If your pet will be roaming free during the cleaning, please let us know ahead of time so our team can stay extra vigilant when opening doors. Rest assured, our cleaners are trained to swiftly close doors behind them, ensuring your home stays secure and cozy!


RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

  • We’re excited to be your queens, but we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any service rescheduling or cancellations. We understand that life can surprise us, so if something comes up, no worries at all! Just shoot us a quick text, and we’ll see your message right away. Please note that in some situations, a rebooking fee may apply for clients, whether it’s a one-time service or a recurring appointment. Thank you for understanding!


PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

  • After we finish your service, an invoice will be delivered straight to your email—don’t forget to check your junk folder! Invoices are always sent within one hour of the completion of your service. We're thrilled to offer multiple payment options, including EMT and credit cards. Prefer to pay in cash? Just give our team a quick heads-up before your cleaning! We kindly ask you to settle your invoice promptly so we can reward our fantastic cleaning crew on time.

    Just a friendly reminder: invoices that remain unpaid for 24 hours will incur a $10 late fee daily. Thank you for helping us keep everything on track!
